It will take about 90 minutes to prep and roll on the first bed liner coat. The second coat can be applied in about 90 minutes after the first coat. the total application time is about 3 hours from start to finish.

After the second coat is dry, (90 minues after second application) it is ready for light use. The roll-on bed liner is completely cured in 24 hours from finish of second coat.
